We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Financial Career Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.

This dynamic program includes a combination of self-study and hands-on-experience projects, all tailored to a structured curriculum. You will participate in classroom discussions, set goals, and evaluate your progress through regular meetings.

Salary and Benefits

The starting wage for this position is $16/hour for up to 30 days. Upon successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements, you will be promoted to a Financial Representative with an annual base salary of $36,000 plus monthly sales incentive opportunities.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year and 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays added to their prorated personal time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to successfully achieve criteria of Trainee Program
  • Pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job, max of 2 attempts at Life and Health exam
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, as the training program criteria requires Financial Representatives to obtain securities licensing within 24 months of entry into the program
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period, hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation to attend appointments and meetings
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products and marketing practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
