About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you'll be responsible for driving the technical vision and roadmap for our cloud infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Set and communicate team priorities that align with the broader organization's goals.
  • Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and evolve the technical vision and roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
  • Design, guide, and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and write product or system development code to solve complex problems.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects.
  • 3 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
