About the Job: MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract in Georgia.
">Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, producing high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue, and assisting radiologists with imaging procedures.
">Responsibilities:

- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients">
- Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary">
- Set controls of related equipment, monitor patient and equipment, and make adjustments as needed">
- Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast media if required">
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images, and label them correctly">
- Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions">
- Charge procedures and supplies used to patient records">
- Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration">
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to national patient safety initiatives">
Requirements:

- 18 months prior experience in healthcare as a CT Tech">
- ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification">
- Licensure in most states">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
