MMA is a leading provider of business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. We're seeking a skilled Private Client Data Conversion Specialist to join our team and support the conversion of private client data into our MMA Agency Management systems.

About the Role

As a Private Client Data Conversion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our dedicated IT and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient data conversion process. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing data strategies, documenting and implementing custom programming for data conversion, supporting data validation efforts, and identifying risks in test results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MMA and data vendors to develop and implement data strategies
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion
• Support data validation efforts
• Identify risks in test results
• Partner with other data conversion specialists in different lines of business to ensure consistency in strategy across all lines of business for successful data integration

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically Private Client
• Experience with Data Conversions and Agency Management Software
• General knowledge of Information Technology language
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to breakdown complex concepts into clear instructions
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Additional Qualifications

• Prior experience in Applied and Vertafore software products
• Experience as an Insurance Account Manager
