**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled High-Performance Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Mechanic at Total Tool Supply, Inc., you will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and tools. Your responsibilities will include determining replacement parts to efficiently repair equipment, testing repaired equipment once completed, and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need to be hardworking, humble, and hungry for growth. You should have experience and proficiency in small engine and/or tool repair, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take initiative. An exceptional work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive a forklift are also required. Additionally, you must be able to stand on a hard surface for extended periods and lift 50lbs unassisted on a daily basis.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience
