Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will utilize your specialized care plans and serve as an innovator in patient care. Your expertise will shape exceptional patient experiences daily, leveraging advanced technology to directly influence patient health outcomes.

  • $10,000 - $25,000 Commitment-incentive bonus based on experience

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing institution. Additional qualifications include:

  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • Preferred: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking; ability to work with a culturally diverse population

Department Overview

The role of a Registered Nurse involves coordinating comprehensive nursing care for patients, engaging in patient and family education, and providing leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare personnel to uphold professional nursing standards. A critical aspect of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer service, characterized by a positive attitude, warm demeanor, and utmost respect for patients, families, and colleagues.

  • 9 Emergency Department Beds
  • 25 Medical/Surgical & ICU Beds
  • 2 Observation Beds
