Job Summary

As a key member of our 2-person delivery team, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering furniture to homes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely and safe transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a 24-26 foot box truck safely throughout the area.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure its integrity and post-trip reviews with documentation.
  • Follow manifests to deliver items to customers using maps or GPS navigation.
  • Lift items weighing over 100 lbs in collaboration with your partner.
Working Environment:

On-site work environment at Cardi's Furniture in Swansea, MA, with a regular shift from Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 5:00 am.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a daily bonus rate of $180.00 per day, paid every week via W-2, plus additional earning potential. Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Hold an acceptable professional driving record.
  • Meet all DOT qualifications.
  • Pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months' experience driving a 24-26 foot box truck or cargo van.
