About the Role

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing exceptional customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to diverse working environments and conditions.
  • Respond effectively to incidents and critical situations, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Undergo a thorough background investigation, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Pass a drug screen, as required by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
  • Licensing requirements may apply, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance and a 401(k) plan for full-time positions, as well as ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities.
