Job Summary:

The Aesthetician, LPN or RN is a vital member of our team at Forefront Dermatology, providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment. As a Clinical Assistant, you will accompany the dermatologist in the room, promoting a friendly and efficient environment for patients, staff, and dermatologists. This role will involve a split of Clinical Assistant duties and Aesthetics, requiring a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dermatologist during patient visits, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.

Provide cosmetic discussions regarding available treatment options, educating patients on the benefits and risks of each procedure.

Relay aftercare instructions, facilitating clear communication between the doctor and patient, and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited esthetician program or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of related experience in a medical office or spa setting is preferred or RN or LPN.

Proficiency in basic computer functions and keyboarding is required. Ability to learn new software quickly and operate standard office equipment is also necessary.

Demonstrates professional appearance and manner at all times, displaying a friendly, cheerful, and polite demeanor when interacting with others.
