About Us

Dondelinger Ford CDJR is a reputable dealership seeking an organized and responsible individual for the role of Office Manager. This is a full-time, salaried position in the Accounting & Finance department within our auto industry-based company. The Office Manager will be based in our Grand Rapids, Minnesota location and play a key role in the overall management of our dealership.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, manage a team of administrative staff, develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, prepare financial statements and reports, handle customer and vendor inquiries, process payroll semi-monthly, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • An Associate Accounting degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the auto industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (CDK experience a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
