At Teoresi Group, we are seeking an IT professional to join our internal ICT Helpdesk team.

The successful candidate will have to configure company IT devices and provide necessary support for tickets submitted by end-users.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing level I Helpdesk activities
  • Assist users for HW and SW on-site or remotely
  • Troubleshooting for any difficulties encountered by the users
  • Asset and workplace maintenance
  • Installation and maintenance of OS, software, and applications (Windows, MacOS, Office..)
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise networks (Vlan, Switch, Cisco)
  • Monitoring and management of Helpdesk tickets to grant fast replies and efficient solutions

Desirable skills:

  • Communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Available for short and occasional business trips
  • Driver license
