Clinical Manager RN Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager RN to lead our nursing team at National Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services in our Crawfordville location.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Clinical Manager RN is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement plans of care, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure provision of quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Clinical Manager RN, you will need:

  • A valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
