Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Job Description: The Restaurant Shift Leader is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring smooth operations during their shift. They'll work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Train new staff members and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, withstanding hot temperatures and physical demands
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with certifications in State Food Safety and Allergen Management
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with accuracy when handling cash and inventory
