Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Lafayette Landing. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation.

• Manage the community's reputation through effective social media management, direct communication, and marketing.
• Be the primary point of contact for prospects, residents, vendors, and the market.
• Continuously seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
• Think creatively and develop innovative ideas to enhance the business.
• Work with passion and take pride in your work.
• Provide excellent listening skills and offer helpful solutions.
• Possess high energy levels, enjoy challenges, and set and achieve new goals.
• Execute Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management required.
• Ensure compliance with all Affordable Programs regulations and/or other federal, state, and local requirements applicable to the property.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Administrative and organizational tasks.
• Present a professional image.
• Customer service focused.
• Operate computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software.
• Prepare, locate, and compile information and documents.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Willing to develop and learn.
