About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in substance abuse treatment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling sessions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Key Requirements

- High School Diploma and two (2) years of work experience in substance abuse, healthcare, law enforcement, emergency management, or corrections
- Valid New Mexico driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
