We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our skilled nursing/long-term care department. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Connecticut, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding customer service expectations.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday (with rotating weekend schedule), from 7am-3:30pm. You will be part of a passionate team that prioritizes patient-centered care and exceeds customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Provide education and support to patients and their families
