The Regional Parts Sales and Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth in the aftermarket parts sales business. The primary objective is to increase parts sales revenue while maintaining or growing margin in a competitive market. This leader is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and other sales-oriented objectives. A high-energy, results-driven individual with a passion for growth initiatives will thrive in this position, developing strategic business plans and overseeing performance and productivity to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement business development objectives and strategies to support revenue growth plans and increase ITW/FEG parts market penetration.
  • Strategic Channel Management: Manage joint partner planning processes, develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with productive partner relationships.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide world-class support to channel partners and key customers by developing and nurturing relationships, ensuring access to appropriate resources.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of marketing and sales leadership experience. Additionally, willingness to travel up to 70-80% is essential.

A Master's in business administration (MBA) is preferred but not required. Estimated annual salary range: $90,000 - $120,000.
