Job Overview

We are seeking a PT Sales Associate for our Godiva store on Abbot Kinney, coming November 2024. As a sales associate, you will be the face of our store, creating memorable experiences for customers and driving brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Create positive interactions with customers, building relationships and fostering a loyal customer base
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of visual merchandising
• Support the leadership team's initiatives to drive sales, client engagement, and operational excellence
• Model flexibility by working varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Contribute to the success of other Leap brands in the market/cluster through new store openings, activations, and additional coverage
• Leverage technology, systems, and apps to enhance the shopping experience; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office is a plus
• Perform opening and closing tasks, including potential keyholding responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in a similar category
• Comfortable working with ladders and lifting up to 50lbs
• Ability to maintain an active floor presence, standing and walking for extended periods

• Key Performance Indicators: Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR, and Traffic
• Support Customer outreach and brand activations
• Ability to accomplish tasks on time and effectively

Salary Range
