Job Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for directing a small team of clinicians in child welfare, providing high-quality care to children and families. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and on-call schedules
  • Ensuring quality assurance for documentation compliance
  • Providing counseling, crisis management, and evaluations as needed
  • Supervising clinical staff and assisting with discharge planning
  • Maintaining assigned reports and ensuring goal-oriented assessments and service plans are completed

To be successful in this role, you'll need a master's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is also required. This position requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
