**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wisconsin Kenworth in Madison. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our management team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry.
- Assist with processing and managing documents, reports, and other business-related materials.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements:**
