About the Role

The Customer Account Professional is a key individual who understands and embodies Arbella's commitment to exceptional service, reflecting our brand values. As the 'Voice of Arbella', they build relationships, make connections, and deliver outstanding customer service experiences.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with agents and customers to ensure proper coverages through an exceptional customer service experience.
  2. Handle Arbella policy/billing inquiries and consult with customers on Arbella products and offerings that best meet their needs.
  3. Serve as an extension of Arbella's independent Agents, contributing to customer retention and overall profitable growth.


What You'll Bring

This role requires a licensed agent who understands our Agents' business objectives and provides insureds with exceptional customer service experience and advocacy, mirroring what our Agents expect from Arbella. Through total service consultation, you will manage inbound customer inquiries and proactively reach out to customers to offer advice and direction to mitigate risk. As part of an extended hour operation, this position offers flexible scheduling and incentives.



Estimated Salary

Ranging between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
