Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our thriving Manufacturing team as a Commercial Construction Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals in the commercial construction sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, utilizing CRM systems.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on the commercial construction sector.
- Experience prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the commercial construction sector.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, with a drive for achieving sales targets and business goals.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
