Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. This role collaborates with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care
  2. Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the unit
  3. Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service
  4. Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary
  5. Assists with staff scheduling and manages labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
  • BSN required
  • Current BLS- Healthcare Provider certification
  • One year Acute Care Experience required, two years of ED Experience required
  • Certification in specialty required within 1 year
