Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - KS/LA Sutherland Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary goal will be to create a positive member experience by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Assist with maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
