AmeriHealth Caritas Health Plan is seeking a skilled Healthcare Network Manager II to join our team. This critical role bridges the health plan and its provider network, emphasizing strong provider relationships, contractual compliance, performance improvements, and high-impact account management.

This position combines strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to optimize outcomes for members and enhance provider satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and effective use of technical systems are central to ensuring the financial integrity and operational success of the provider network.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with 5-10 years of experience in managed care or health insurance, specifically in Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Exchange programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing provider network value-based contracts and high-dollar, multi-specialty practices
  • Ensuring accurate provider data and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates
  • Delivering provider education sessions and analyzing performance metrics to implement improvement plans and achieve measurable results
