About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Alachua, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acute care, with experience in ICU, step-down, med-surg/tele, and acute rehab settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic long-term acute care environment
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting
  • Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, based on 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a tax-free stipend, holiday pay, and license and certification reimbursement.
