The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing business development activities for high-profile named accounts and specific market segments, driving growth and expansion of new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts.
  • Broaden and deepen existing customer relationships to gain strategic positioning and retain existing revenue.
  • Provide input to sales management on trends and changes within customer organizations and recommend future courses of action.
  • Drive account management responsibilities, including solution creation, solution offering, configuration management, order issuance, service delivery, service management, and revenue recognition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10 years of sales experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills, as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to conduct sales activities outside of the office, with at least 50% of time spent in the field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,130 - $173,250, depending on location and experience.
