Payroll Administrator

Seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to work in our Newport Beach office.
Sares Regis Group, a leading real estate development and management firm, is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, including calculating wages, benefits, and taxes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve payroll-related issues
- Perform administrative tasks to support payroll operations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multifamily property management setting
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Insperity or similar PEO or HRIS system
- Outlook, Excel, and Word proficiency
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Salary range: $55K-$60K/year (non-exempt). We offer a competitive compensation package, including a 401(K) match, rental incentive, and renewal compensation.
