Job Title: Medical Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at ProMed Staffing Resources. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients warmly and ensures a positive experience throughout their visit
  • Verifies patient demographics and insurance information
  • Schedules appointments and reminds patients of necessary documentation
  • Processes payments and handles patient billing
  • Communicates effectively with patients, staff, and medical providers

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Medical Office Administration degree preferred
  • At least 6 months of prior experience in a medical reception role or 1 year of clerical experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
