Job Purpose

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Product Manager to take ownership of our platform, currently used by hundreds of thousands of users. As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we aim to deliver even more value to our users, measured by growth across critical business KPIs: conversions, signups, renewal rates, and account activity.

Your Profile

We're seeking a Growth Product Manager with proven business acumen, a can-do attitude, and a passion for revenue and monetization. You'll be responsible for creating the product vision, roadmap, and driving execution to deliver business outcomes. You'll also analyze user cohorts, identify specific needs, and build out services and solutions to serve those users.

Responsibilities
  • Create the product vision, roadmap, and drive execution to deliver business outcomes.
  • Test and optimize our monetization strategy, designing pricing plans and service bundle variations using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Analyze user cohorts, identifying specific needs, and build out services and solutions to serve those users.
  • Analyze the user lifecycle, including activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and deploy experiments to improve lifetime value and decrease churn.
  • Everything else you expect from a PM position, including running sprints, prioritizing stories, translating requirements, competitor research, defining strategy, and applying high Emotional Intelligence internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience defining, shipping, and iterating SaaS products.
  • Experience with subscription pricing models, confident using analytics software, and fluent with all SaaS-related unit economics.
  • Knowledge of ins and outs of monetization, from improving conversion rates to designing revenue plans.
  • Experience identifying partnership opportunities, cross-selling third-party services, or building white-labeled solutions.
  • Experience conducting growth experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, funnel analysis, with a proven track record of success.
  • High data fluency, expert with analytics software such as GA4, Heap, Looker Studio, able to perform comprehensive product analysis covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion.
  • Thrives in a start-up environment, executing as an individual contributor while also setting strategy and product direction.
