Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Division at Geisinger Health System. The ideal candidate will assess, treat, and care for patients of all ages using evidence-based Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans and measurable goals for patient care.
- Administer effective physical therapy treatment programs, coordinating discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, adhering to Geisinger Health System's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with departmental teams and interdepartmental partners to foster a productive work environment and promote excellent patient care.
Position Details
This role is based in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, with travel requirements to Jersey Shore Hospital and occasional weekend rotations. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferred. The successful candidate must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.
