Job Overview

Bounce It Off Inflatables LLC seeks a skilled Massage Therapist to provide exceptional body treatments to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and help them achieve their wellness goals.

About the Role

This is a new business start-up, and we are looking for a talented individual who can help us establish a strong presence in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various massage/body treatments, including Head Spas, Facial Massages, and Foot Soaks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Treatments: Perform a variety of massage/body treatments to clients, ensuring they receive a personalized and relaxing experience.
  • Educate Clients: Inform clients about the services and products offered, as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record each session, including client information and treatment details.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments with clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient time management.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, helping them achieve their wellness goals.
  • Ensure Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • No Special License Required: While not mandatory, possessing a special license can be beneficial for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to perform a variety of Head Spas, Facial Massages, and Foot Soaks.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Service-Oriented: A high level of service orientation, with an ability to communicate effectively in a one-on-one setting.
  • Ethical Integrity: High level of ethics and integrity, ensuring confidentiality and discretion when dealing with clients' personal information.
  • Patient Focus: Passion for helping people look and feel their best, providing a personalized approach to each client's needs.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for periods of time, handling the physical demands of the role.
Salary and Benefits
