Senior eCommerce Strategist Opportunity

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Strategist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce and data-driven insights, with experience driving the vision, strategy, and operations for multiple web property groups.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of eCommerce Managers and Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze complex data sets using advanced analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, business analysis, and/or product management, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
