**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support. You will also assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
* Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
* Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
* Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
* Work collaboratively with our team to provide individualized supports

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Must be 18 years of age
* Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
* Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
