Collision Repair Estimator

Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, and checking in customer vehicles. You will also be responsible for completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Write accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
- Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
- Check in customer vehicles and complete necessary paperwork
- Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication to customers
Requirements
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
