Fire Safety Systems Sales Development Specialist

As a highly motivated Fire Safety Systems Sales Development Specialist, you will drive sales of fire safety and alarm systems to contractors and end-users while developing strong client relationships. This role requires a skilled individual with experience in electronic systems sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and qualify customer needs.
We are committed to providing a competitive salary for this position. The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 based on industry standards and national averages.

Job Responsibilities- Conduct sales calls to establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and using Johnson Controls marketing strategies.
- Develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings, qualify and prioritize opportunities, and maintain appropriate territory records.
- Conduct seminars, demonstrations, etc. in order to generate, develop, and qualify leads for prospective customers.
- Deliver sales against an assigned quota and maintain established accounts as an Account Representative through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow-up on sales.
- Highly motivated and success-driven individual with a high degree of self-discipline.
- Self-motivation with good interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills and sales techniques.
- Able to quickly identify and qualify opportunities.
- Able to persuade and close sales.
- Able to acquire appropriate licenses required by national, state, and local codes.

- Interface efficiently with district operations to deliver and improve service delivery.
