Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Hospice House. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care while promoting a collaborative approach to patient-centered care.

About the Role
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Direct and delegate care to other team members, leveraging their expertise and strengths to achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain professional effectiveness through ongoing education and development, staying current with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical or long-term care experience, with at least 1 year of Hospice nursing experience (or equivalent education and/or experience).
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Washington.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: $50.21 - $74.61 per hour, with the hiring rate dependent on factors such as education, training, work experience, and seniority.
