Job Description

As a Fashion Sales Associate at Old Navy, you will be responsible for creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Your duties will include:

  • Selling apparel and accessories to customers, using your knowledge of fashion trends and product features to drive sales.

  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for visual merchandising and display.

  • Performing tasks related to salesfloor, fitting room, and cashwrap operations, such as processing transactions and handling returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends and styles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

  • A flexible schedule and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
