Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our hospital medicine practice at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing patient care, collaborating with internal medicine residents, and contributing to the growth and development of our medical group.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice, and annual CME allowance.

Job Description

  • Patient Care Management: You will be responsible for managing patient care, working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Internal Medicine Residents: You will collaborate with internal medicine residents from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine program, providing guidance and support to enhance their learning experience.
  • Growth and Development: You will contribute to the growth and development of our medical group, participating in hospital committees and resident education programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least two years of hospitalist experience;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • A keen interest in teaching and mentoring.
