Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Maine Medical Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and working closely with physicians and advanced practice practitioners to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide comprehensive nursing services, including health education and disease management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in nursing, including a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience. You must also possess current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in your state and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least one year of RN experience is required, with two years of relevant experience preferred.
Additional Information:MaineHealth offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
