Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Sales Associate at Hertz, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service and sales support to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, and a high level of ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with customers on their Hertz rental to maximize revenue opportunities
Actively offer products and services to customers
Overcome customer objections to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service and sales support

Requirements:

Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships with customers
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
