**Job Description:**

The **Craft Superintendent** oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating with other trades. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating SQP culture.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans Work
  • Coordinates and Executes Work
  • Oversees the Work of Direct Reports
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment
  • Participates in Training/Certifications

**Requirements:*

  • High School Diploma and 5 years of related experience and/or training
  • Line & Grade experience
  • Foreman experience
  • May require appropriate Craft Certifications

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and industry standards).
