We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Doral, Florida. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll for over 600 employees.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience processing payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll software and legislation related to salary deductions. You will also possess excellent data entry and math skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include running payroll reports, entering start and end times onto the payroll software, capturing approved annual and sick leave, and preparing and distributing paychecks. You will also be responsible for addressing queries about payroll-related issues and working with our payroll provider as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma and completion of a bookkeeping or similar course is highly advantageous. Previous experience processing biweekly payroll for over 600 employees is a must, and familiarity with payroll software, especially ADP or similar is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is also a must.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $42,000.00. Benefits include competitive salary, medical, dental, vision benefits, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, vacation, sick, and holidays.
