Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist II

RemX is seeking a highly motivated and client-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist II. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service and a passion for building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage customer interactions with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to better understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and accounting, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Process incoming orders and manage client expectations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in industries such as plumbing, HVAC, construction, refrigeration, logistics, or piping.
  • Previous experience with order entry and distribution ERP systems.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
