Dynamic Healthcare Professionals Sought for Lincoln, MA Position

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team at IntelyCare in Lincoln, Massachusetts. As a valued member of our team, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, working with us as an independent contractor.
The hourly pay range for this position is $50-$65 per hour, significantly higher than average in the industry. Our unique model allows you to choose from a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, and per diem assignments. You can expect to earn a minimum of $4,000-$5,250 per month, depending on your availability and the number of shifts you accept.
About the Role- Administering nursing care in long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute care settings
- Collaborating with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
- Ensuring residents receive the right treatments and medications, and explaining their options to them and their families
- Consulting with doctors and other healthcare professionals, setting up medical equipment, and monitoring its use
- Overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards, documenting interventions and medical histories, and performing fluid sample draws for lab work
- Leading training and supervision of nursing staff, assisting with incident investigations, and verifying accuracy of reporting
This role requires a current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), graduation from an approved nursing program, and a minimum of 4 months of post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience. Strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
