Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Premier Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our physicians and providers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist providers with patient care, including order entry, reporting, and clerical tasks
- Perform procedures such as venipuncture, injections, and EKGs, as directed by the provider
- Assist with surgical and medical procedures, including minor wound repair and foreign body removals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with management and physicians to achieve high patient care and customer service standards
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate
- Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse certification
- Experience in ambulatory healthcare facility preferred
- CPR certification within 3 months of employment
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA law
