We're devoted to making better ice creams and bringing people together at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams LLC. Our scoop shops are at the heart of how we serve this mission, offering unique ice cream flavors made from the ground up where people come together to share joy and conversation.

As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Our part-time, front-line crew members, known as Ambassadors, scoop and serve ice cream to our customers, make waffle products, run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform a number of other important tasks.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.23*, which includes tips and base pay.*This estimate is based on the 2024 base pay rate, plus 2023's hourly tip average. Actual customer tips may vary.
