Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC machining, specifically with FANUC or MAZAK controls.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working on 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex setups and running production jobs on multiple CNC machines.

You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will optimize production processes, identify and solve problems, and work closely with other teams to achieve company goals.

Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • CNC Machining: Perform complex setups, run production jobs, and troubleshoot issues on multiple CNC machines.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize production processes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to achieve company objectives, provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products by adhering to strict quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with FANUC or MAZAK controls.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and physical ability to stand for long periods.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
