Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Banko Overhead Doors. In this role, you will oversee the planning, direction, and coordination of administrative services.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This includes managing records and information, mail distribution, facilities planning, custodial operations, and other office support services.

You will work closely with various departments, including Fleet, Customer Service, and Facilities, providing data management and reporting support. Additionally, you will monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

A top-notch candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for setting up phone extensions, voice mail, and demonstrating phone features to employees.

As the primary liaison between company staff and building managers, you will provide information, answer questions, and respond to requests. Your regular tasks will include cleaning and organizing office spaces, preparing for team meetings, collecting and delivering mail and packages, and more.
