We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Eli's Restaurant Group. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist the service team in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and cleaning tables and resetting with proper tableware.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and issues, communicating effectively with management and colleagues.
• Support team members in completing their duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep bathrooms stocked and clean, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Have a basic knowledge of our menu and be able to recite it to guests.
• Stock and organize service-related items, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Strong food and beverage knowledge and a passion for the service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.

The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to bend and move intermittently during working hours is also required.
